“Large Dogs Don’t Bark” at the A. Mickiewicz Secondary School in Orzysz

Another edition of the workshops organised as part of our “Hip Hop, Put Hate to Stop” project took place between 15 and 19 September 2014.This time, we visited the Adam Mickiewicz Secondary School in Orzysz, in the Warmian-Masurian Region. During the five-day workshops, first year students learned the stage improvisation methods, took part in music classes and team-building activities, and interpreted a song entitled “Large Dogs Don’t Bark” under the supervision of Jacek “Budyń” Szymkiewicz. The song was written during the previous edition of the workshops and is slowly becoming the project’s anthem. Each day, the participants were accompanied by a film crew recording all of the project activities that will be presented in a documentary. Its premiere has been planned for the second half of 2015.

The project is carried out as part of the Citizens for Democracy programme financed from the EEA Funds.
