Week of the Ukraine

Villa Decius Association once again supported the project of the Independent Students’ Association of Cracow University of Economics Cracow Fri Week of Ukraine. The project includes a series of meetings, debates, artistic actions and competitions will take from 17 to 23 May 2010.

 

May 21 at the Villa Decius will be a panel discussion, “Does the story help the strategic partnership with Polish and Ukrainian?”. Immediately after the meeting, an evening of contemporary poetry with the participation of Ukrainian Andriy Lyubka. Andriy LJUBKA (1987, Ukraine) – poet, translator, essayist and critic. Poems and translations of his authorship appeared in the pages of numerous magazines in Ukraine. He participated in many Ukrainian and European shares and literary festivals, including in Berlin, Innsbruck, Darmstadt, Moscow, Kiev. Nobel Prize literary debut (2007). His poems have been translated into Hungarian, German, Belarusian, Russian, English, Polish and Portuguese. He lives and works in Uzhhorod.
