A group of children from Gimnazjum nr 21 in Krakow took part in an educational program dedicated to the heritage of Renaissance which took place in Decius Villa on 15 June 2011. By playing together the participants were getting to know the culture, fashion and customs from 500 years ago. “Cultural Classes” is an educational programme which aims at developing a modern model of cultural education for school-age children and youth, as well as their teachers and minders. The project’s objective is to supplement school education with topics connected to cultural heritage and to draw the students’ attention to new areas of interest.
