On 9 January Vila Decius hosted the “Patron’s Laurel” gala event, which provides an opportunity to thank patrons, sponsors, partners, the media, volunteers and friends supporting the Association’s work over the last year. During the event, titles of the Vila Decius Patron as well as Gold and Silver Sponsor were granted to deserving partners.
The top distinction – the title of the 2013 Vila Decius Patron – went to the City of Krakow. 2013 Gold Sponsors of Vila Decius included: Siemens Sp. z o.o. and Ars Modi s.c. while PZU and Kraków Airport were named Silver Sponsors of Vila Decius in 2013.
Other sponsors of Vila Decius in 2013 included: ZUE S.A., Smart Practical Logic Sp. z o.o., Hay Group Sp. z o.o., Edison S.A., Kärcher Poland Sp. z o.o., Nawratronik Sp. j., Firma Ziyada , Radio TAXI 919 Sp. z o.o., Kserokop Sp. z o.o. and Networks Sp. z o.o. TAURON Dystrybucja S. A. was a Vila Decius Partner in 2013.
The title of the Volunteer of the Year went to Urszula Ciesielska-Chmielewska and Eszter Neuberger. Special mentions included: Paulina Gądek, Katarzyna Wąsala, Jolanta Mirecka, Romana Cieśla, Małgorzata Jurkiewicz, Beata Brożek, Paulina Stępniewska, Ziemowit Jóźwik, Justyna Lisowska and Dorota Rucińska.
A special highlight of this year’s “Patron’s Laurel” event was a special concert by Marzena Ciuła – an actress and vocalist and Sebastian Bernatowicz – pianist and composer. At the end of the evening dinner was served by the Vila Decius Restaurant.
