On 8 November 2018, 18:00 we would like to invite you to Villa Decius to a jubilee concert for the 100th anniversary of regaining independence.
In a rich and varied program for the evening one will find Frédéric Chopin works performed by Joachim Kołpanowicz (the piano), patriotic poetry performed by Dorota Zięciowska and common singing of patriotic songs. The organizers: POLART Association and Ars Legis Association.

Joachim Kołpanowicz (the piano)
Graduated from symphonic conducting under the supervision of professor Tadeusz Strugała, the first degree studies at the Academy of Music in Krakow. Also a graduate of musical theory under professor Mieczysław Tomaszewski, Ph.D. Along with conducting studies Joachim Kołpanowicz attended instrumental classes, the piano section under Janusz Skowron’s Ph.D. supervision, at the Academy of Music in Krakow. Apart from the piano he also plays the classic guitar. He mastered his guitar skills under Adam Zalas’ M.A. supervision at Władysław Żeleński Musical School, Krakow. Joachim Kołpanowicz combines his activity as a musician-lecturer and musical theorist, giving lectures during academic conferences and publishing articles on music.
