The Villa Decius Association in cooperation with the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Lviv and the Polish-Ukrainian I. J. Paderewski Foundation is organising a concert in Stanisławów (Ivano-Frankivsk), Ukraine, as part of the “Oskar Kolberg’s Heritage” project. The aim of the event is to promote Oskar Kolberg’s works in the area, which was studied by the ethnographer and included in his collection of writings, and to make international audiences aware of how vast an area of the Republic of Poland of the time was documented by the researcher.

The concert will take place on the occasion of Independence Day on the 13th of November at the Philharmonic Hall in Stanisławów at 6:30 p.m. and will be attended by representatives of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Lviv.
