You are heartily welcome to the Stage by the Town Hall (Scena Pod Ratuszem) of Ludowy Theatre (Rynek Główny 1) on Monday, June 2 at 7:00 p.m. for a meeting with the literature of Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary. “Visegrad 0.5” is a presentation of works of this year’s scholarship holders in the spring edition of the “Visegrad Literary Residences” programme, whose operator is the Villa Decius Association.
The following persons will present their texts at the Stage at the Town Hall: Alena Mornštajnova – Czech translator and writer, István Szathmáry – Hungarian journalist and book illustrator, Silvia Ruppeldtova – Slovakian scriptwriter, journalist, translator and archaeologist and Marcin Kalisz – Polish actor, director and dramaturgist. Actors of the Ludowy Theatre, Piotr Franasowicz and Kajetan Wolniewicz, will also take part in the presentation. The host of the evening will be Iwona Nowacka, whereas the visual setting was prepared by Paweł Penarski. Admission free. You are heartily welcome!
