From 2006 to 2015, the Villa Decius Association was organising the project “Heritage of Chopin” – a musical-educational series which focuses on promoting culture and cultural education in the music of Frederic Chopin. Maintaining the stylish character of the interior is significant for the programmes open to the general public as it provides an appropriate setting for artistic events and performances of early music, recitals of Chopin’s music, workshops and historic dances, performed as part of the regular projects run by the Association. Air conditioning was also installed in Marcelina Czartoryska’s room on the first floor, which is used for seminars, conferences, lectures, literary meetings and workshops. The association is also taking every care of its guest rooms, used by the literary programmes held in Villa Decius.
